Contact data (email, phone), shipping data (name, address), order data, agent account credentials and technical/browsing data (IP, cookies, device). Full payment card data is processed directly by Stripe and never stored by us.

Order fulfilment and support (contract performance); agent program management and commission payments (contract); tax and legal obligations (legal duty); site measurement and improvement (consent/legitimate interest); marketing communications only with consent.

Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe. Stripe acts as an independent controller/processor for payment data under its own policy. We only receive the transaction outcome and order-related data.

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Hosting) for agent and admin sign-in and data management. Google acts as a data processor.

We use technical cookies necessary for operation and, with consent, measurement cookies. You can manage preferences from the cookie banner. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Data may be shared with providers supporting us (Stripe, Google/Firebase, shipping courier). Some providers may process data outside the EU: in that case we adopt adequate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

We retain data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and legal obligations (e.g. invoicing). Agent account data is kept while the account is active.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and to withdraw consent. Exercise them by writing to hello@immunodex.com.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
